TERMS OF SERVICE
Please read these terms carefully before using our industrial fire safety services and products.

These Terms of Service govern your use of FireGuard Pro's services and products. By engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. SERVICE AGREEMENT
FireGuard Pro provides industrial fire safety solutions including but not limited to fire suppression systems, detection equipment, monitoring services, and maintenance programs. Our services are provided in accordance with industry standards and applicable regulations.
All installations and services must be performed by certified technicians in compliance with local fire codes and safety regulations. Client is responsible for providing safe working conditions and access to installation areas.
2. PAYMENT TERMS
Payment terms are Net 30 days from invoice date unless otherwise specified in the service agreement. Late payments may incur additional charges as permitted by law.
For ongoing monitoring and maintenance services, payments are due monthly in advance. Service may be suspended for accounts more than 60 days past due.
3. WARRANTY & LIABILITY
FireGuard Pro warrants that all equipment and installations will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of installation or as specified by manufacturer warranty, whichever is greater.
Our liability is limited to repair or replacement of defective equipment or services. FireGuard Pro shall not be liable for consequential, incidental, or punitive damages arising from the use of our products or services.
4. MAINTENANCE & SUPPORT
Regular maintenance is essential for optimal system performance. Clients are responsible for scheduling and allowing access for routine maintenance as recommended by FireGuard Pro.
24/7 emergency support is available for critical system failures. Response times may vary based on location and service level agreement.
5. COMPLIANCE & REGULATIONS
All systems are designed to meet current fire safety codes and regulations. Clients are responsible for ensuring continued compliance through regular inspections and updates as required by local authorities.
FireGuard Pro will provide documentation and certifications necessary for regulatory compliance at the time of installation.
6. TERMINATION
Either party may terminate ongoing service agreements with 30 days written notice. Termination does not affect warranty obligations for installed equipment.
In case of material breach, the non-breaching party may terminate immediately upon written notice and opportunity to cure within 15 days.
7. MODIFICATIONS
FireGuard Pro reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to active clients with 30 days notice.
Continued use of services after modification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
