FOCUSMASTER is a manufacturer, exporter, and solution provider of fire water systems based in Liangnong Industrial Zone, Yuyao City, Ningbo, China. We specialize in fire hydrant systems, fire hose reel systems, and comprehensive fire protection solutions.

FOCUSMASTER provides comprehensive fire water system solutions including but not limited to:

• Fire hydrant systems and components
• Fire hose reel systems and accessories
• Custom OEM/ODM manufacturing services
• One-stop project solutions
• Technical consultation and support

All products are manufactured in accordance with fire industry standards and may be certified to international standards including UL, FM, LPCB, BSI, VDS, CE, and CCCF based on specific requirements.

Permission is granted to temporarily access and use our services for personal or commercial purposes. This license is subject to the following restrictions:

• You may not modify or copy our materials without prior written consent
• You may not use materials for commercial purposes without proper authorization
• You may not attempt to reverse engineer any software or proprietary processes

When placing orders for our products or services:

• All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability
• Prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified
• Payment terms will be specified in individual quotations and contracts
• Custom orders may require advance payment or deposits
• Delivery terms follow Incoterms 2020 standards

FOCUSMASTER reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent or violate these terms.

FOCUSMASTER is committed to delivering high-quality fire protection products. Our quality assurance includes:

• Manufacturing in accordance with relevant fire industry standards
• In-house R&D, manufacturing, and testing processes
• International certifications where applicable
• Professional engineering team oversight

Specific warranty terms will be provided with individual products and are subject to proper installation, use, and maintenance according to our specifications.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FOCUSMASTER shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, incurred by you or any third party.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and design, are the exclusive property of FOCUSMASTER and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You acknowledge that our proprietary designs, manufacturing processes, and technical specifications constitute valuable trade secrets and agree to maintain their confidentiality.

Your privacy is important to us. We collect and use information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference.

By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy, including the transfer of data for business purposes related to our global operations.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or our services shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to arbitration in accordance with the rules of the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC).

FOCUSMASTER reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for changes.
